charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your
credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return shipping charges that may be incurred by 15DOLLARSTORE.COM. When the returned merchandise is
received by 15DOLLARSTORE.COM, your card account will be credited for the merchandise less all shipping charges. If you have questions regarding
customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility to research this information PRIOR to placing your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages being held by customs for reasons beyond our control.
Sales Tax
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
It is very
important that your order is processed correctly. We are required to collect tax on all sales made within the state of California . Please note that
onscreen total reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time

Should your order be returned to us undeliverable, unclaimed or refused without prior approval
you have two options:
- We can re-ship the order to you for an additional charge for the shipping and handling
- You can
cancel your order and we will credit your credit card minus the shipping and handling charges and a 50% re-stocking fee.
