Cute Options floral embroidered cotton dress has adjustable shoulder straps and a surplice neckline. The neckline is accented with contrast embroidery in rust and mauve tones. The roomy bust is supported in back with an elastic band. A 1 3/4” band of elastic smocking circles the empire waist. The front of this long dress is beautifully embroidered with flowers and stems. The shaped dress drops down with a paneled band meeting a ruffle tiered bottom hem with more embroidery.
